Robin Hinton is the Senior Strategic Training and Development Partner at Career Edge Essentials, working to positively transform the lives of people, organizations and communities.

Hinton has more than 30 years experience in ministry, human resources, organizational and professional training, information systems and education. Her expertise has led her to serve in leadership roles at organizations including IBM, Sanofi-Aventis, Jefferson Hospital, Eastern University, Campbell’s Soup Company, and Zion Baptist Churches.

As a notable business and community leader, Hinton has successfully partnered and consulted with institutions to provide strategic planning, board and leadership development, talent management and curriculum creation, implementation and assessment.

She is known to be a creative and effective facilitator, trainer, presenter, and keynote speaker, who has designed, implemented and participated in numerous career development workshops for adults and youth.

Hinton received her Masters of Theological Studies from the Palmer Seminary, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University in Boston MA. She also holds an ASTD Human Performance Improvement Certification and Project Management Certification.
